Be Your Own Evaluator

Be Your Own Evaluator non profit evaluation training supports line staff to work through entire evaluation processes with Evaluation Access Coaches and a group of like-minded colleagues. This intensive training and coaching experience is designed to engage participants in hands-on activities that will result in completed program evaluation. The specific topics that will be covered in the non profit evaluation training include:

• Evaluation Basics
• Creating Logic Models
• Auditing and aligning existing instruments
• Designing Your Own Survey
• Survey and Other Quantitative Data Analysis
• Conducting And Analyzing Interviews and Focus Groups
• Observation Design and Analysis
• Creative Methods (mapping, drawing, performing)
• Pulling It All Together: Evaluation Report Writing

Be Your Own Evaluator  non profit evaluation training takes place over a 15 month period and includes five real-time classroom sessions, ten virtual classroom sessions, ongoing feedback, one day of consultation per organization, and unlimited peer support. 

Cost = $5,000 per organization (each organization can send up to three staff)
